I have often wondered how to get to the upstairs floor of my house. There is no easy way to do it, so I have been wireless the past few years with a bridge. There was an interesting chat about it on the web. 2 products were mentioned. NETGEAR MoCA Coax-EN Adapter Kit MCAB1001 Bridge - EN, Fast EN, MoCA 1.0 and Netsys HyperXtender Coax Kit(NH-310CEKIT). They are about $200 each and advertise speeds of over 200 Mbps. If my wireless bridge ever goes - I might try one.
